A hinged flap opens near the top to facilitate adding more seed and a drainage hole in the bottom ensures your seed will stay dry. We sincerely apologize, but currently, we are unable to accept orders shipping to PO boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address. A suggestion for shipping if you do not have a street address available is to ship your order to a relative or friend or have the delivery sent to your work location. Unfortunately, Customer Service cannot override this setting as it is a delivery restriction. We must have a physical address to deliver the order to.
